As soon as your order is placed you'll receive a confirmation e-mail! Further e-mails with your tracking info will follow when your items are packaged. If you have placed an order but not received any confirmation, just let us know at support@progressjj.co.uk and we can fix any problems with your e-mail!
If you want to change the items in your order, that's no problem! Just let us know as soon as possible, as we can't make any changes after the order has been collected by our trusted couriers!
We ship Worldwide from our UK store! Although it is a little expensive to ship from the UK to further afield continents.

We ship your goods as fast as possible! Every order made before 3PM GMT ships the same day and our couriers travel worldwide quickly. Depending on which shipping option you choose, you can have the item next day in most cases!
Using the tracking number sent out by e-mail, you can track your goods exact location with FedEx, UPS, DPD or Royal Mail. If you have any questions about the wherabouts of your parcel we can help - just e-mail europe@progressjj.co.uk.
