Featherlight Lightweight Competition Gi - Blue

Ordered A2L. Great fit, everything was according to the size chart, first brand that I ordered that actually fit me well.

Featherlight Competition Gi : I am now ready to make middle weight :)

The Gi is extremely comfortable and breathes very well, we often train from May - September in temperatures of 37ºC/98 F so having lightweight breathable Gis is a must. It is also my lightest Gi ever (lighter than the Kingz Ultralight, my second best Gi). I am very happy with it and look forward to making middle weight in my next competition, thanks to this advantage (IBJJF Master III , purple belt)

Great, but some normal sizing issues

The materials, looks, weight etc. are perfect. As a 173cm / 70kg "normal" proportion male, I found the recommended A1L jacket to be a tad too roomy and the sleeves are way too long. No problem, even if the gi is preshrunk it got tighter after a warm wash. I have to hem the sleeves though, which is not a problem. The pants are nicely roomy at the hips and thighs and the length is perfect, but when bending, they feel a bit too tight at the knees because of the ripstop material. Great thing is that they will not shrink. Like with other Progress gi's I have tried (M6, Temple) I wish the pants would be a bit larger compared to the jackets. For me, I think Featherlight jacket in A1 combined with A1L pants would be a better overall fit.
